CANCELLATION PROCEDURE:

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by sending an e-mail to: booking@bikefish.com.br. Please provide the order number in your message.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:

• Up to 28 days prior to the arrival date: 10% of the total price of the service
• From 27 to 3 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total price of the service
• After 48 hours prior to the arrival date or No-Show: 100% of the total price of the service

In the event of partial cancellation of bikes or days, the same cancellation conditions above will apply.

LIABILITY:

We take care of our bikes in order for you to have the best experience during your stay. Our bikes are frequently renovated, cleaned, and checked before every rental and fully serviced once a year, including the replacement of chains and bearings when needed. We invite you to take care of them so riders after you can enjoy the same quality as you do.

RENTAL BIKE CONDITIONS:

• Bikes must be collected and dropped off at our office. We do not deliver bikes outside our premises.
• Please bring your passport or photo ID for collection.
• Collection the evening before the rental start is not possible for logistical reasons.
• Rental bikes cannot be insured; clients are responsible for the rented bicycles and equipment.
• Clients must check the material and ensure suitability for the intended use.
• Clients agree rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.
• We do not offer free roadside assistance; if needed, it costs R$350/hour (subject to availability).
• Clients must inform Bike Fish immediately of any crash or damage.
• Repairs will be performed by us or authorized third parties only.
• Clients may adjust saddle height and replace pedals, but no other modifications are allowed.
• Return bikes by 17:30 on the last day; after 18:00 incurs a fee equal to one day rental.
• Delays or minor damages will be deducted from your R$3000,00 security deposit.

MINOR DAMAGES / MAJOR DAMAGES / LOSS OR THEFT:

Minor damages are covered by your R$3000,00 security deposit. Major damages exceeding this amount will be charged directly to your credit card. Loss or theft requires payment of the full manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP). Cycling involves inherent risks; you agree Bike Fish is not responsible for accidents if you do not have proper insurance.

The renter agrees to release Bike Fish from any and all responsibility for injuries or damages to the user or any other person.
